The property is listed on the auction platform to get bids. This time frame usually includes pre-auction, staging and post bidding periods. The listing fee is normaly fixed and is the same regardless of what duration a seller chooses.

First of all you need to be a registered user. You can register as a buyer, seller or both. To sell your property, you can sell through Us directly or via agents and auctioneers who works with us. When submitting your property, you will choose for your property to either be auctioned by ONA or other agents of your choice who are registered with us.

After winning the bid, the following steps are necessary

1. The bidder will receive an email or tex message  confirming that the buyer was the highest bidder on the particular property and has won the auction.

2. The buyer will have to make a deposit of 12% of the highest bid as submitted and declared a winning bid.

3. The buyer will meet ONA Online Auctions dully authorized representative for meeting with the seller so as to finalize documentation process

After receiving notification email that you have won the bid, you will have to visit our office or make a call if you are far from our office location to effect 12% of the payment and proceed to execute contract of sale agreement after completion of the remained 88%.
